Blueprint Promotions was founded in 2012 by born and raised Capetonian, Brent Rudolph. Brent comes from a long family history within the clothing trade that dates back to 1985. With almost two decades of hands-on experience in brand marketing, branding and clothing manufacturing, Blueprint Promotions was born to provide a personalised and a specialised approach to promotional branded products.

Fast-forward to 2024. Blueprint Promotions has a fully-fledged branding area in Maitland with our own vinyl, screen and embroidery equipment. This gives us the unique flexibility to deliver projects with tight deadlines.

Our passionate team cares about your branding project. If we have to, we will move Table Mountain for you, to ensure your brand is authentic, memorable and, delivered ON TIME. How I work with you!

Getting Started

Getting in touch with Blueprint promotions is very easy. We have multiple ways to reach out to us. Either by our onsite form sheet, WhatsApp business, email, or the good old fashion telephone call.

Issuing a proposal or quote

Once we have connected, I will need to know what sort of product or service you require from us. With that information, I can inform you of the available products that will fit your promotional or marketing needs. Once we have worked through all the finer details like logo placement on products, branding options, and lead times we will issue our proposal or quote.

Issuing linked layouts

Once all our proposals or quotes have been discussed and final products have been confirmed we then move on to drawing up final branding layouts which will be linked to a proforma invoice.

Production & branding

Once our layouts have been signed off and payment has been made our production team gets to work on your order. Depending on the scope of work our lead times can vary from 10 – 20 working days. Keeping in touch with your sales assistant at this stage is of the utmost importance.

Completion of order

Once your order has been completed our QC department gets to work on checking the goods and making sure that the branding is up to strict quality standards.

Delivery or collection time

Once your order is ready for delivery we can either have it delivered straight to your door or you may collect it.
